In the first Winter World Cup in the history of football, in November 2022, Blip wanted to shake up the technology field with an awareness campaign capable of generating buzz around one of the most acclaimed IT companies in Portugal. Recruitment was a valued plus for Blip, always ready to add some of the top scorers in the software development sector to their team.
Inspired by the well-known FIFA Cards, we decided to play a game with a digital campaign that called on the best players in the tech industry to join Blip's dream team. On a landing page created for this purpose, anyone could find out if they were the "missing player" for Blip by creating a personalized card with a photo, custom backgrounds, icons, and even a quantitative description of various skills. In the end, in addition to sharing on social networks where the campaign ran organically and as part of paid media, the "player" had a direct link to some of the open positions and a very enticing invitation: are you ready to play with the best? The campaign garnered over 13,000 visits to the landing page, and nearly 800 Blip Cards were created.
